Well no, I didn't give it up, I applied a bowstring principal with the book as the bow, the bulldog clips acting as bow-tips and a length of twine joining them across the spine of the book, this can then be flexed open and dropped down over the lectern with the string across behind.
In Rob's imagination it was certainly Sister being eaten, but I've left the reality ambiguous so as not to upset readers of a squeamish nature. Glad you enjoyed it. :) more…
